About Me

I started my freelance recruitment practice because I saw a gap in the industry. Companies were frustrated with impersonal service, recruiters were working in silos, and job seekers felt lost in the process.

I knew there had to be a better way — a way where collaboration replaced competition, where companies could work with someone who truly understands their needs, and where candidates could get real guidance.

Today, I work as a freelance recruitment partner, offering personalized service to companies, collaborating with recruiters worldwide, and providing career coaching to job seekers. Every project is handled personally by me, ensuring quality and attention to detail.

I'm based in Germany but work with companies, recruiters, and candidates globally. My approach is simple: personal attention, transparent processes, and results that matter.
